Catalogue label details describe what is displayed; they do not independently verify composition, quality, batch release or UK marketing authorisation.

02

What is it?

NAD+ is a coenzyme present in cells and involved in energy transfer, redox reactions and signalling. NMN is a naturally occurring precursor used by the body to make NAD+.

A 600mg NAD+ plus 400mg NMN injection pen is not the same as normal dietary exposure, oral supplements or material used in a controlled study.

03

Intended / recognised uses

Authorised / recognised uses

  • No UK-authorised medical use has been established for this injectable NAD+/NMN combination.

Reported / investigational uses

  • NAD precursors are being studied in ageing, metabolism and selected diseases, and intravenous NAD+ is marketed by some clinics for wellness.
  • Systematic reviews have not established robust clinical outcome benefits for injectable NAD+ used for anti-ageing or wellness, and evidence cannot be transferred to this pen.
04

How it works

NAD+ participates in cellular energy reactions and is used by enzymes involved in DNA repair and cell signalling. NMN can enter NAD-biosynthesis pathways.

Changing a blood or tissue biomarker does not by itself prove improved energy, cognition, longevity or disease outcomes.

05

Potential benefits / effects

  • Small studies of NAD precursors have explored metabolic and biochemical outcomes, but findings are inconsistent and often relate to oral products.
  • No reliable clinical benefit has been established for this exact injectable combination, concentration or delivery system.

Potential benefit is not a guarantee of benefit for any individual.

06

Risks & warnings

  • Human safety data for repeated subcutaneous delivery of this exact combination are inadequate.
  • Injection introduces risks of contamination, infection, tissue injury, allergy and incorrect concentration.
  • Long-term effects of altering NAD-related pathways, including in people with cancer or complex metabolic disease, remain uncertain.
07

Possible side effects

Frequency not established

  • There are no dependable common-side-effect rates for this product.
  • Local pain, redness or swelling, headache, nausea, dizziness, flushing or chest discomfort have been reported in some NAD-related treatment settings, but routes and formulations differ.

Serious or urgent concerns

  • Breathing difficulty, facial swelling, severe chest symptoms, fainting, high fever or a spreading injection-site reaction needs urgent assessment.
  • Unknown long-term adverse effects remain possible.
08

Who should not use it / precautions

  • It should not be used outside a properly authorised research or specialist setting.
  • Pregnancy, breastfeeding, childhood, active cancer, serious liver or kidney disease, significant cardiovascular disease and immune disorders require particular caution.
  • A health claim based on cellular biology is not evidence of individual suitability.
09

Interactions

  • Reliable interaction studies for injectable NAD+/NMN are lacking.
  • Interactions with cancer therapies, metabolic medicines or supplements that affect related pathways are unknown rather than absent.
  • A clinician or pharmacist should review all medicines and supplements before any investigational exposure.
10

Regulatory / legal status

  • The combined injectable product shown has no verified UK marketing authorisation.
  • It should not be described as an approved anti-ageing, energy, cognitive or longevity medicine.
11

Monitoring / professional supervision

  • There is no validated monitoring programme that makes unsupervised use safe.
  • A legitimate study would define eligibility, product quality, laboratory measures, adverse-event surveillance and stopping criteria.
  • Routine wellness tests cannot establish the identity or safety of an unverified injectable product.
